Seven Words Coaching

Helping women embrace their season and live intentional lives

As a Certified Christian Life Coach, Angela can help women…

  • Embrace the season you are in

Let’s face it, living a so-called balanced life is difficult. In fact, I am not sure it is truly possible. I believe God looks at our whole life in totality - calling us to do different things at different times. Together, we can discuss ways to live completely in the present: balancing what we can, and letting go of what we can’t,  while at the same time putting strategies in place for the future.

  • Become excited about your life

Remember the feeling you had as a child when it was Christmas Eve? It was difficult to sleep because you could not wait for tomorrow. We all want that same feeling today. When you live your life according to who you are and what you truly believe, your life will once-again become exciting. Everyday you will look forward to using the gifts you have been given. We will discuss ways to live a focused and fulfilling life based on your personal values and passions.

  • Identify your passions and use your talents

No one in this entire world is capable of doing what you are meant to do. God has selected you and has shaped you to serve Him in a way no one else can. God is aware of your past and present circumstances and has used those situations to produce skills in you that are uniquely yours. When you begin to discover and believe this, you will then begin to live your life’s exclusive plan.

  • Clarify your personal or professional goals and implement a plan to achieve these goals

What are your dreams? If you faced no obstacles, what would you be doing right now? Together, we can help identify where you are and where you would like to be by coming up with realistic aspirations or goals. We can then map out a plan to get you from where you are to where you were meant to be. We can “mapquest” your ambitions.

  • Learn to say “yes” to the best God has for you and say “no” to the rest

Stop for a moment and look at your to-do list. How many things on this list fit within the goals you have for your life? When you identify what is important to you and what you want your life to look like, you then empower yourself to say “no” to everything else that does not fall within that plan. You will learn to welcome the opportunities that fit within your intentions and feel good about eliminating the rest.

  • Eliminate the energy drainers that are wasting your time and draining your emotions

Everyone has certain energy drainers in their lives that distract us from our goals and cause us to lose focus and motivation. Together we can identify those “drainers” and discuss which ones can be overlook and which may need to be eliminated.

What Is Seven Words Coaching?

His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!'

~ Matthew 25:21 (NIV)

Seven Words Coaching is based on seven words found in the Matthew 25:21. It is the seven words I long to hear when my life on earth is complete: WELL DONE MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT.

If we read this parable we will see that Jesus is telling his followers three things.

  • The first is that he has entrusted every one of us with talents or abilities.
  • The second is He desires us to use them.
  • The third is when you use your talents and you live your purpose you will enter into the joy of the Lord and share in your Master’s happiness.

Jesus made it clear the men in this parable were given no more than they could handle. His plan was not to overwhelm them, but to inspire them.

The first two men went to work, using wisely what they had been given. As a result, they gained more. The last man was afraid, weighed down, and made excuses. Thinking only of himself, he played it safe.

Those who used their talents were given more. They were invited into a partnership with Christ and given an invitation to come experience the joy of the Lord and share in their Master’s happiness. The one who didn’t was sent away.
